Halle Trapp

Halle’s love for tumbling began when she enrolled in her first gymnastics class as a child. While she decided to end her gymnastics career after years of practicing on a competitive team, her love for the sport never subsided. She enrolled in tumbling classes to keep up her strength and skills and then became involved in cheerleading. She cheered her four years of high school and became captain her senior year. After graduating from college, Halle coached cheerleading for four years at Padua Franciscan High School. During her time as coach, she recognized the increasing importance for tumbling capabilities in high school cheerleading programs. She started a tumbling class solely for the Padua cheerleaders at a local gymnastics facility to ensure these skills were developed. After stepping down as head coach to pursue her career as a certified yoga instructor at Prana Yoga and Dance, she had the opportunity to teach a tumbling course for ages 5-teen at the studio. Prana has always been her home studio, as this is the place where she first discovered her love for the yoga practice. Being able to share her love for tumbling at Prana has become one of her greatest joys.
